Albany Letter

This letter is suspected to be written by the Zodiac Killer, as there are several similarities.  First, the excessive use of stamps representing our "Commander-in-Chief".  Second, the famous crosshairs logo as the return address. Third, the letter was sent to the local paper, "The Times Union".  And lastly, the contents of the letter contains the familiar sense of urgency, a cypher, and a threat of stalking a nurse as his next victim.  On the other hand, the penmanship isn't all that familiar, causing our brains to question authenticity as we fight our bias born of past experience (what we know).  For example, Albany as his new location does not fall into our box as a "California killer". Additionally, it's interesting that the writer gives 10 days notice to his "threat" as this proactive approach is unusual in what we expect from the Zodiac.
